Engineered in collaboration between Malossi and Paioli, this compact and lightweight oil-gas shock absorber is crafted almost entirely from high-grade ergal. Built specifically for competitive scooter racing, it features a pressurized nitrogen compensation chamber that delivers consistent damping performance under demanding track conditions.
Advanced tunability includes micrometric spring preload adjustment, 24-position rebound damping, and dual low- and high-speed compression settings with approximately 10 positions each. With its hardened 14 mm steel rod, 36 mm piston, and low-viscosity fluid, this rear suspension ensures maximum stability, traction, and control.

Materials & care
Constructed primarily from lightweight ergal aluminium alloy with a hardened and chrome-plated 38 NiCrMo4UNI 7845 steel shaft, DU GUIDE sintered bronze bushes, and LUBRIFLON PTFEB 70 guide shoes. Keep seals clean of debris and inspect regularly for proper fluid and gas pressure retention.
